Cast: meeting last wk of Nov, First wk of Dec.
please try ur best to not have any other activities planned.
Crew: i dunno, mich is working on it. we'll try our best to keep the meetings short but we can't promise anything.
and i think its unlikely we're opening in Term1. Prob Term3.
Violent objections, pls voice. we're running out of time. if we do it in term1, we might mess it all up.

crew list needs ammendments. while AVA girls will be punching the light cues for us - we're assuming they'll agree to it - we still have to design the lights for our production. As a result, you might want to include some theatre club members under the lighting department or you could merge sound and light as one. I won't be designing the lights this time round but will instead serve as consultant to you. you come out with a lighting design and i'll let you know if it's do-able.
Our school will be hosting the SYF series of competitions for primary schools from March to April next year and the first external bookings for the auditorium are expected in from February next year so please settle on an opening date soon so we can make reservations to a very very in-demand auditorium. if we fail to nail a date for term one, the earliest we could open would be late term 2 - too close to exams - or the unthinkable, term 3.
get back to me ASAP regarding the above two issues. everyone needs to be looking down the same direction if we're to succeed in this. we can't have some looking in other directions or not looking at all as we make our charge. there are some already but let's be optimistic and hope they'll be with us when war breaks out.

As for me I'm working on the cast schedule, so I hope (REALLY HOPE) to give it to you guys by the end of this wk.
It's not confirmed whether we'll print schedules for you, or whether you'll have to take them down, so dun worry too much.
